So much potential, so much dumb policies

This app has great offers and despite the other reviewers reporting problems I’ve never had any. However, Cartwheel users are second class citizens at Target. You see, they have dozens of sales and specials that are not available in Cartwheel and only available with paper coupon or by sharing your phone number with Target (Don’t do it. Seriously. Not worth it.). The accompanying web site has a terrible search engine too.
I really wanted to like this app, but Target blew it. Great software R&D and UI crippled by dumb policies that just want to take more of my time.
